Top Chef, Ep 1

Ok, so guess how long it took me to shout "Fuck you!" at the screen?

Approximately 10 minutes. Right around the time that dick from New Jersey said "No offense, but no way a girl is better than me!" I have decided to call him Misogynist Mike for the rest of the season, as I am quite sure he's been chosen as this season's designated asshole and will be here til the end.

There are two chefs from Atlanta, Kevin and Hector. Kevin is the chef at Woodfire Grill, which I've heard of but not eaten at. Hector is the chef at Pura Vida, which is one of my favorite restaurants. I am rooting for him, even though he didn't acquit himself well in the first challenge.

So my call for final four are Kevin, Jennifer, Misogynist Mike, and one of the brothers. Stay tuned to see how far off the mark I am!
