Staying Home

My flight to Chicago got cancelled!!!! I can't go until tomorrow (8am, ugh, but who cares?!). This means I have been given the gift of time, this entire evening to do whatever I want to do which is great because I was feeling overwhelmed.

*does happy dance and goes off to vacuum*

*yes, I said vacuum*

I know, I'm weird. It was more of a "joy of actually being in my house" thing. I will vacuum your house if you'd like, it's my favorite of all household chores as it does not involve actually touching anything dirty. However, I should warn you that I don't move anything and if it's on the floor and it fits in the hose, it's history!

We did get quite a bit of snow here today...not heaps by Chi-town standards, but it's that horrific wet slushy stuff. Definitely good that you didn't fly in today!!
