Fiction as a Motivator?

Ok, so all I want to do is read the stuff from bandombigbang, but that is sooooo not gonna fly. As of this moment, I am not allowed (yes, I'm a child and I have to do stuff like this to corral myself) to read another story until I have:

1. Opened all the mail that is lying around my house from the last month. done!
2. Put away said mail.
3. Cleaned the kitchen. done!
4. Completed my work documentation/training invitation. done!

ETA: And on that note, I'm officially calling 3 out of 4 not bad, and I'll pick up with the mail tomorrow. I also managed to make macaroni salad and go to the bank to deposit a couple of checks. *goes off to read*

OR, you could say bollocks to all that and settle down with some bigbang fics cos none of it will run away! Trust me.

Do you guys not have direct debit? I never pay my bills cos I get the money deducted each month thus avoiding the scrimmage and the milarkey!

We do, but the water bill is the only one that doesn't conform to a regular billing cycle or amount. Sometimes I get it monthly, sometimes it comes every six weeks, and it's never the same amount. They won't let me check it online, either. They mess with my system!

This is a good thing. It's what I do too, I have to do my chores and wash up before I go online of an evening, otherwise there is crap EVERYWHERE!!

It doesn't work with my writing tho. My Write Own Novel software is still empty **echo**

I need to do it more often, I am definitely in the 'there is crap EVERYWHERE' stage.
