Another long day...

And I'm still so tired. I didn't go to bed when I should have last night and I've been dragging all day. I actually managed to injure myself SLEEPING. I was having really weird dreams - like, at one point, I had locked myself into a bathroom to eat lasagna and then my family was knocking on the door telling me it was time for dinner. WTF?? But anyway, I somehow managed to sprain my wrist. I guess I was flailing around, or something? The most impressive part was that I was wearing a wrist brace at the time. /o\
Bed soon!

I had really weird dreams too. I dreamed that I rented an apartment in a horrible, horrible part of town, like, with garbage all in the streets and the houses were all dilapidated and my apartment was in this crappy old brick building with almost no windows, and my front door was in an alley where you had to climb over this pile of wet mattresses to get to it, but I was trying to be positive, because there was a nice neighborhood just a block away so really this one must not be that bad, right? And then I was driving to get the rest of my stuff and came to a red light and only after I'd stopped did I realize I was on train tracks, so I backed up off the tracks just as a train went by, but I was still on train tracks because it was one of those multi-track things, and I kept backing up but then another train came along and I couldn't quiiiiite get off the tracks in time and it tore the bumper off my car. So then I was driving a really crappy rental and trying to explain to Ken about this great apartment I'd rented.

Hey, apropos of nothing (except your icon), what does "a thimble for an acorn" mean?
