Not so far - that's what I said in my comment, that I hoped it would resurface soon in another piece of legislation. I can understand one argument for not including it in the stimulus package - that it's an expense, not a stimulus - although I doubt that's the true reason for its removal. Beyond that, the Budget Office has shown that preventative family planning would actually save states money.
