Have completely wasted the morning doing work-type things (what was I thinking?!) and now do not have time to work out before Scott home. We are going out to lunch so I need to get myself in gear... and out of my pyjamas. Now I will just have to convince myself that I can still work out this afternoon, even though I'll have already taken a shower. Even though it seems incredibly inefficient to take two showers in one day.

Yup, I've got issues.

Don't feel bad - I've got the same issues. Working at home I won't take a shower until I work out, but usually I don't get around to working out until late afternoon/early evening. And people wonder why they can't just call me up last minute and expect me to go out. I really need to start working out first thing in the morning, but I just am not a person with that much energy in the a.m. Anyway, Happy New Year!

I kept nearly injuring myself when I tried to work out before going to work. Not co-ordinated enough that early in the morning!

For real. I still have family in town, so I've been a sort of hermit. After they're gone though I think I may binge on socializing for a while, so definitely you'll be hearing from me. Oh, with the weather so nice we can probably do that hiking trip in winter!
