Timelines...

A week from today, I'll be at the Death Cab for Cutie concert with David...
Two weeks from today, I'll be headed to Stonehenge with my family...
Three weeks from today, I'll be hanging out with Jo in London...


So much to look forward to! There's not so fun stuff and stressful stuff in there as well, but I'm feeling like focusing on the good today. What's good in your life right now?

There was Woodhenge, and Strawhenge, but a big bad wolf came and blew them down, and three little piggies had to be relocated to the projects...

I'm getting back to finding myself artistically and creatively.

I'm evolving on an emotional and on a soul level.

I'm cooking, taking photos, playing guitar, and writing (though not all at once)... things that I haven't done in ages.

I'm spending time around people who really make rewarding companions... It's more than just having fun with people who mutually admire one another... but the feeling that there are people who I'm influencing for the better, just as they influence me for the better.

Thst may not make a lot of sense... but it's like we each inspire the other to want to be more, do more, and get more out of life... to be the best people we can be. And that's happening with several people in my life.

It's also very good that I have a house and a bed where I can go crash.

Oh, and a sled dog to share it with. (my space, not the bed)

Those are all very good things :) I'm glad you feel like you're starting to find time for your creative side... I know how frustrating it can be to feel like that's being surpressed.

And I've thought of about three smartass remarks about you sharing your bed with your sled dog, but I'm going to take the high road. Give Sophie a scratch behind the ears from me.

I've been to Stonehenge!! It's the greatest HENGE ever! Although I think Mimi got a little exasperated with me, as I found the local sheep just as interesting as the Henge itself, LOL
