Pear-Shaped World

Ok to start off with, I had a *fabulous* weekend, but this is not that post. That post will come later, when I'm in a better frame of mind.
This post is about the fucked-up-ness of my evening. Ok, so I would have probably missed my flight anyway. I would like to stress that this was NOT ABOUT THE TIME CHANGE. I got a little turned around in downtown Baltimore and it took me longer to get to the airport than I anticipated (thank you
sumbitch for rescuing me!!) - I arrived at the checkin counter at 4:25 for my 5:00 flight. So they wouldn't let me on. I called Delta, and found out that my reservation wasn't even made for today! It was made for tomorrow.
Now, at one point during me trying to make this reservation, I had looked into flying directly from Baltimore to Wisconsin, on Monday, but I never booked that, and then my schedule changed off that site anyway. I had booked this out on the 3rd going just to Atlanta, and then I had to call and change it to LA, but I've looked back through my emails to the travel agent and nothing says April 4th on it, so I am going to maintain that this is not my fault.
That said. No flights to LA tonight. No flights to LA tomorrow, other than the one I am booked on at 7:30 PM. So there goes a whole day of work that I will miss out on. Now this doesn't sound that bad, but the stress that I'll put on myself over missing it is way worse than just actually being there.
*pouts*
*sighs*
On the bright side: I'm home. I can unpack some of my 70lb suitcase. I can sleep in my own bed tonight. I had a really good weekend.
