vixaliciousSo work's being a bit faily this week. Nothing big, just nothing going exactly right, and we're behind schedule. I wouldn't even care, but I go on vacation on Friday so I want everything to be wrapped up by tomorrow night so that no one attempts to haunt me next week.
For vacation, I'm going to spend the weekend through Tuesday with my BFF, seeing her new house in Maine. The original plan was to have our other friend join us, but she went and got herself knocked up so she can't fly up there. I'm actually looking forward to it - it's been a long time since it's been just the two of us. We've been the Three Musketeers for so long. (Backstory: BFF & I have been BFF since first grade; 2ndBFF came along in the eighth grade)
Then the next part of the week I'll be in Massachusetts visiting my brother and his wife. Beach, yay!
What amuses me about this is that when I tell people at work (my company is based in New Hampshire) this, the first thing they ask is if I'm going to stop in at the office.
Um. NO. It's a vacation. I don't understand people.
