Mall of America: the only place in the US with a larger parking deck than Atlantic Station. Though I've got to admit, just like Las Vegas, I'd like to see it one time just to know first hand what it is like.
Isn't Minneapolis a hub for Northwestern? If the merger with Delta goes through, you might have more trips through there.
