This is so weird, because just a few months back I was thinking I wanted to learn how to play drums...heh. I never played an instrument in school, mostly because I think I was too lazy...lol. I joined choir instead, but then felt held back because a lot of the kids took private lessons and had pianos at home, so when it came time for solo tryouts, they were a lot more prepared than I could ever be. *sigh*
I LOOOOVE that Fall Out Boy song, it is so much fun to belt out in the car. The Takeover the Breaks Over..or whatever that one is...heh...that's my fave song on the album, it's just got such a great rhythm to it!
And Panic!! I so wanted to see them when they come here, but they're playing in a standing-room-only arena. I looked at the pics and tried to imagine myself crushed in there with a bunch of teenagers and I just couldn't picture it--plus I couldn't think of anyone here that would want to go with me. *sigh* I waited 25 years to see Duran Duran in concert...heh...I guess I can wait a bit for the Panic boys. *G*
