List all the cities you have lived in from birth to present for at least six months. Don't list moves that are within 30 miles of each other. Go to your favorite mapping site (ie, Mapquest, Yahoo, Google,etc.) enter the cities and post the distances between cities. Then add up all the miles to see how far you have gone. If you have cities outside the contiguous US http://www.indo.com/distance/ is a good place to go.
