La, la, la, la, live for today...

So the weekend:
Friday - Got home just in time to go grocery shopping so that I wouldn't starve and then the ice storm hit.
Saturday - Iced in. Goin' nowhere. More afraid of Atlantans on ice than ice itself. Our friend Thom lost his power so he came over to spend the night and then our friend Arlene came up for dinner. We had a lovely evening, watching Donnie Darko and drinking too much red wine.
Sunday - Ice melth. We venture out. Scott and I buy matching iPods, because we are joined at the hip like that. Thom went home. Scott and I went home and went through our closets for things to get rid of, had a little fashion show.
In other news, I bought a case for my iPod today, as a reward for being brilliant at work today. I could tell you how I was brilliant, but you'd be bored by the end of it, possibly asleep, so just take my word for it. Brilliant.
