Ahh, a productive day!

*I went to the Alliance Francaise and signed up for private French sessions. I start next week.

*I went to Borders and Target, and purchased needed items for our friend Todd's going away pressie (more on this in just a second)

*Looked at iPods

*Visited with my friend Chris

*Bought 4 new CDs: Keane, Bright Eyes, Dogs Die in Hot Cars, and the winner of my award for the best CD title, Kings of Convenience - 'Quiet is the New Loud'

*Invited my sis to come visit me weekend after next because her favorite band is playing

Still to do:

*Compile Todd's present. He's going to Australia for two or three months, so I'm making him a survival kit: a travel journal, an Out Guide to Sydney, a calling card, a guide to Australia's poisonous snakes and spiders, a first aid instruction booklet, and a box of Large condoms (cuz everything's bigger Down Under, or so I hear *g*) I'm printing out the last of the guides and then I just have to decorate the box lid

*Call Delta and book tickets for May's 'Spanish Casual Chat'

*Finish beading lampshade

ETA: Present completed, called Delta and got run-around - will have to try again tomorrow, bastards -, off to work on lampshade
