Commencing with the Whine

Gah, I'm so tired! I have a new employee with me this week - she's still going through our internal training program and they send them onsite with an experienced trainer so they can see what it's like before they're out on their own. It's a great idea, and I'm enjoying getting to know the new trainer, who seems like a very nice person. That said, I'm worn out! It's just a lot of extra work, answering questions and evaluating her training, plus just general socializing. It makes me realize how much time I'm used to spending on my own, and how cranky I get when I don't get that time.

Ok, done whining now :)
