Ooo, look! Someone left this tequila just sitting here!

Sorry the subject line is random... I just looked at my list of autocomplete options and picked one.

So it's a weekend, whoo. Yeah, you aren't imagining the sarcasm there. I don't want it to be the weekend *whines and whimpers* How did this week go by so quickly? I did get quite a bit accomplished but still...

I shouldn't complain - I only have two weeks to go until my vacation! And I get to spend those two weeks in the UK, so at least I won't be back in Detroit (bleh!). I go to Leeds tomorrow for a week, and then to someplace called Watford for three days. I think it's nearish to London.

In other news, it's August! Only 25 days til my birthday! *hint, hint* :)

Also, no word from Coffee Boy since Wednesday, so I guess the second date is ever so not happening ~SIGH~

ETA: Also, spent ALL day yesterday reading LOTR RPS - this is all your fault, [livejournal.com profile] shrinetolust and [livejournal.com profile] sheldrake! Or would that be faults?

LOTR I get, but what's RPS? Assume the S is slash, especially if you spent all day reading it! *G*

Yeah, what Amy said.

Hope you have a really great trip!

Just jumping in here...RPS is real-people-slash...the truly naughty stuff just lurking on the edge of libel...hehe.. FPS is fictional-people-slash, like my Legs/Aragorn you read!!

So LOTR RPS means slash with Sean, Viggo, Orli, Dom, Billy...etc. etc.

LOTR FPS means slash with Boromir, Aragorn, Legolas, Merry, Pippin...etc. etc.

Hope that helps!! I was very lost in slashville for a long time...they are very fond of acronyms and their own special slang...it's like "Huh?" for the first couple months..heee...

the truly naughty stuff just lurking on the edge of libel...hehe..

Ah, yes, but then FPS is truly naughty stuff lurking on the edge of coypyright violation... and arguably jumping right off the edge and swimming around in it. ;) It's just a question of pick your dodgy almost-crime and slap a disclaimer on it. Or just do both like me! :)
