Milestone
I'm one step further toward reaching my New Year's Resolution: as of today, I have paid off my credit cards.
\o/
I also have enough money in savings to pay off the credit cards that are "same as cash" debts, ie no interest for 1 year or whatever, when they come due. And I'm almost half way to my goal of having $5K in savings too.
I'm using a free website to try to figure out where my money goes. Oddly enough, most of it seems to be going to pay off debt right now. :) But now that I'm through with that, I hope to move on to how to budget my money to plan for each month. So far I have found I spend a lot of money on food. I need to work on eating out less now.
Here's a link to the site, if anyone is interested: https://moneycenter.yodlee.com

Me too, and my brother sister and cousin.......................but where does the debt come from?!
If you are anything like me, if I can't afford something I pay by credit not considering how I will then eventually pay it back!
