MySpace

Hmm, two guys I went to high school with have friended me on MySpace, what a riot! One was in my brother's class, and one in mine.

I actually had a really good high school experience. I went to a small school, only 44 in my graduating class. I wasn't the most popular girl in school, but no one was really mean... not that it didn't seem like drama at the time, I mean, we were teenage girls, we INVENTED drama. But all in all, it was a good era for me, and it makes me smile to see old friends.

I know, I just got friended by one of my old friends in Savannah who I hadn't talked to in years. I love it. It's nice to be able to reconnect (and stay in touch) with people we probably never would have otherwise. Only 44 in your graduating class? Wow, I bet everyone knew each other pretty well then. We had 368 in my class and I tried to make friends with as many as possible by my senior year, but everyone was very segregated into their own groupings. I bet a smaller school would have been a much different experience.

Ah, the glories of a small school. Sounds like where I went for 2 years in high school. We had 30 in our graduating class...then I moved away in my junior year to a school with a graduating class of 500. Talk about culture shock.
