Day 13: A fictional book

Hmm... this is harder than it should be, but Hollywood keeps taking the books I love and turning them into crap chick flicks. For example, My Sister's Keeper is a really interesting look at the ethics of genetic engineering. The Lovely Bones is a super moving book. Also, I haven't read a lot of fiction this year. I finally got around to reading World War Z, so if you like zombies, that's fun. Just don't expect to sleep well afterward.

I didn't see it either, the previews were enough to keep me away. The worst thing is, cast correctly, it could have been amazing! Laura Linney as the mom, Robert Downey Jr as the lawyer was how I imagined it when I was reading.
