(no subject)

I've been meaning to post all weekend with pictures of all the improvements we made, but I haven't gotten around to taking all the pictures, plus I want to do before and after shots, so once again my need for perfection is messing with my ability to complete a task. Oh, well, one of these days :D

Today's accomplishments:
*Found an outfit to wear to my nephew's wedding next weekend.
*Put away all the dishes in the kitchen - this took longer than you'd think, due to me allowing my inner OCD child to come out to play :)
*Bought a couple of CDs - the new Modest Mouse, and the Fratellis will be winging their way toward me soon!

I'm trying to take it easy, as my hands are still really bothering me. I'm afraid this may be the big one - Carpal Tunnel. It was only a matter of time. I have an appt with my doctor on Monday. I do think it's weird how it came on so fast though, so I want to rule out injury. In the meantime, I'm wearing the braces at night - oh so super sexy! - and trying to not be online 24/7.

Oh! And today's ego boost: a 23-year-old frat boy told me I looked way younger than 31, complete with head to toe checkout. Sure, he was trying to sell me something at the time, but I'm counting it, dammit. :D
